Turns out, he wasn't really confirming anything; he was just saying he'd gladly play along with the parameters of the situation I was outlining. because he thought I was calling him from this very website, yes, Iwannafling.com

Oh, and by the way, my name's Gwen. Gwen Pendergrass, and I'm the voice and main character of the novel, An Otherwise Perfect Plan, which this whole story is from.

Anyway, so after a few false starts, I call this number and a guy who sounds like he might be the right age for my dad answers and at first I think he's confirming all the information I'm asking him, but then it starts getting weird.
